NOAA CFC KICKOFF A BIG SUCCESS!

NOAA kicked off the 2007 CFC Campaign in Silver Spring on October 22 in front of over 100 employees and contractors. The event included speeches from the NOAA Administrator, the NOAA CFC Manager and two special charity guests, followed by a Charity Fair in the NOAA Science Center. While feasting on popcorn and cotton candy, NOAA employees used the Charity Fair as an opportunity to learn more about the 20 charities that were present. Based on responses from the enthusiastic attendees, the Kickoff event was a successful start to what looks like a very successful campaign for NOAA!
